These yoga classes are suitable for men and women whether a complete beginner or more experienced student. Yoga is a great way to cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life. Come and enjoy yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation practices in a friendly, relaxed and supportive environment. You will gain skills that will help you release tension, improve stamina and flexibility both in body and mind and bring a sense of calm, clarity and well being.
You will be encouraged to follow the principles of yoga - practising with mindfulness so that you work at your own pace and according to your current needs.

Gorse HIll Community Centre: Monday mornings 10.00am - 11.30am
Lydiard Millicent Parish Hall: Tuesday mornings 9.45 am - 11.15am
Wanborough Village Hall: Tuesday evenings 7.45 - 9.15pm
Classes have finished for the half term break and resume from Monday 4 November 2019
